Lufthansa Business Class A321 Frankfurt to Stockholm

I left the Business Lounge ten minutes before boarding was scheduled to begin and made my way over to gate A26. This was my first short-haul flight that was not departing from a remote stand, I was super excited to board using an apron! It really is much more convenient than a bus. Boarding was actually organised for one and Business Class/Star Gold members were invited to board first and if someone other tried to board, the agent would shout ‘Business only’!

The Airbus A321 is one of the bigger short-haul aircraft and has a 3-3 configuration. Business Class was four rows on this particular flight.

Since no one was sitting next to me, I had the entire row to myself. There were only three other people in Business Class so everyone had their own row.

We pushed back on time and passed some beautiful aircraft on the way to the runway.

We waited around five minutes before we could enter the runway and were airborne shortly after that.

I was surprised that I was given another edible lunch – that’s two in a row! This one was mainly ham, tomatoes, cheese, pesto, shrimps, and melons. It came along with warm bread and the dessert was a box of pralines and a bowl of cherries and pudding.

I, of course, had some tea to go along with my lunch.

After a short hour and a half, we were descending into Stockholm. Sweden looked amazing from the sky and I couldn’t wait to see it on the ground! Stockholm is a city built on 14 islands and I couldn’t wait to tour the city from the water.
